The proprietor of the company is Sarah Phillips Pellet. She has been working in the field of communications since graduating from Rutgers University in 1987, where she earned her degree in journalism. Her career has included working for a public relations agency, a lobbying organization (political action), and more recently, as an entrepreneur.

When she started her own firm in 1998, after having worked in the corporate environment for 12 years, she decided to explore the world of web design and utilize her communications skills in that art form. Today she provides web design and content development services as well as traditional public relations services to her clients.

Assisting her in this endeavour are a bevy of talented freelance artists whose skills in writing, graphic arts, and editing are appreciated and applauded.
